Questions campgrounds ask
Can you move our bookings from Campground Master, Hercules or another system?
Yes. We import your upcoming bookings, guests and long-stay guests, and check them against your current site chart before you switch.
Where does the money go?
To your own Stripe account and from there to your bank. Guests pay a deposit when they book and the balance is charged automatically before arrival. Card payments at your desk can stay on your current terminal.
Do we need our own website?
No. Use yourpark.bookasite.app, or connect it to your existing website with a “Book now” button on your own address, like book.yourcampground.ca.
Does it work on a phone or an iPad at the desk?
Yes, for guests and staff. The booking site, the site grid and the store all work on phones and tablets.
What does the phone assistant cost?
It's an optional add-on billed by use, with a set number of minutes included. You can let it answer only after hours or when nobody picks up.
